Flex passes are direct-to-lift after you pick them up from the ticket windows, meaning you don't have to wait in the ticket line again!
Flex passes are non-transferable (i.e. they are only valid for the guest assigned at the time of purchase), non-refundable, and are only valid during the current ski season (unused days will not roll over to future seasons).
