Diamond Peak Preferred Parking can be purchased up to midnight the day before you plan to visit the resort (subject to availability). Some spots may still be available day of (ask our Preferred Parking hosts in the parking lot), and if purchasing day of you will need to pay at the Ticket Windows.
If you pre-purchase a preferred parking reservation online, you will need to arrive at the Preferred Parking area in the lower parking lot at Diamond Peak by 12:00pm. After 12:00pm you will not be guaranteed a parking spot. No refunds will be issued for arriving after 12:00pm or if you do not show up. Preferred Parking reservations are not a come-and-go service - if you leave after you have checked in for your reserved parking spot, your spot will not be held for you.
Cancellation policy: Once reserved, preferred parking reservations are non-cancellable and non-refundable. We will not issue refunds due to road closures.
Preferred parking dates: Preferred parking reservations will be available on weekends and during the following peak dates: Dec. 21, 2024 - Jan. 5, 2025; Jan. 18 - 20, 2025; Feb. 15 - 23, 2025. If you do not see anything show up for the date you plan to ski with us, we are either sold out or are not offering preferred parking reservations on that date.
